  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra time and cost.

  • Timelines may vary depending on client feedback, content delivery, and third-party dependencies.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Give correct information

  • Provide content (text, images, login details) on time

  • Make sure you own the rights to the content you give us

Delays from your side can delay the project.

Third-Party Tools

We may use or suggest third-party tools or services. SoulWP is not responsible for problems caused by those third-party services.

Liability

SoulWP is not responsible for:

  • Website downtime

  • Data loss

  • Hacking or security issues caused by third parties

You use our services at your own risk.

Ending Services

Either you or SoulWP can stop the service with notice.

  • Any unpaid amount must be paid

  • No refunds for completed or ongoing work unless agreed

Payments

  • Prices will be shared before work starts

  • Payments must be made on time

  • If payment is late, work may be paused

  • Payments are not refundable, unless we clearly agree in writing

Any third-party costs (hosting, plugins, themes, etc.) are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership & Rights

  • After full payment, the website belongs to you
  • SoulWP can show your website in our portfolio
  • Third-party themes or plugins belong to their owners
